After the war, the Jedi understand how they're not enough of them anymore. They almost let a Sith Lord take over the galaxy! They rescind the rule about only one Padawan, they start training Force Sensitive wanting to join... and they decide they need to have children, to have more Force Sensitive to train. A lot of children. You can use the pairings you want. Some Jedi can have real relationships, and others still feel the need for celibacy outside of reproduction.
Anakin can have sex with the handmaidens for children, but be only in love with Padme. Depa probably choose his clone troopers, a different one for every child. Do the older female Jedi use artificial wombs to have children too?
Perhaps some Jedi choose different parterns for every child, to diversify the genetic pool? With all the science, do male/male reproduction, human/alien, female/female exist? Do Shaak Ti bear a girl for Obi-wan, and another one for Mace? Is Wolffe the second donor for the DNA of Plo Koon's child, growing in a matrix?
