It turns out that sex is the best way to keep Anakin at ease, so instead of meditations they switch to sex sessions with lots of oral sex, prostate stimulation and stretching (which may or may not include toys and fisting), which leave Anakin so sated and relaxed that Obi-Wan can't help indulging him.
Bonus points for Obi-Wan trying to be clinical about it, but feeling hopelessly turned on by the way Anakin comes undone at his hand.
