It's been a long time since a Jedi made that choice, but after the war, the fall and death of his Padawan, Obi-Wan just can't anymore, and he doesn't care if they have won. So he spend his days in the Temple, kept naked in the highest room, opening his arms, and his legs and mouth, to every Jedi coming into the room. Sometimes he wanders the temple, wearing only lose robes to be sure no younglings see him naked, and let everyone who wants him just push him into a room. He never say no, and if it's omega verse, he's almost always pregnant with all that sex, and no idea who the father is.
