Kylo Ren is a huge masochist and gets off on being injured, especially by the "good guys". After a battle with Rey/Finn, etc, he jerks himself off to the pain, the memory of the terrible thrill of the fight, and maybe also to the acute knowledge that he's getting exactly what he deserves.
