I'm surprised you asked for either or both, rather than JUST Luke being inexperienced/a virgin. It seems like EVERYONE has this headcanon that Han's a bit of a slut, and Luke is this pure virgin (which I totally don't mind, but it get's old reading the same stuff all the time!).
