Padme mentions in passing that she had a crush on Obi-Wan during the events of The Phantom Menace. Obviously nothing came of it--everyone had much higher priorities at the time, and even at that age she knew it was a bad idea to chase after a twenty-something Jedi. But she was still a hormonal teenager in the proximity of a dashing and attractive young man, and she spent more than an hour or two daydreaming about him.

Anakin is in no way equipped for this revelation.
