So like Anakin is minding his own business somewhere (ie, on a mission with Obi-wan pre-Clone Wars/in the Temple trying to do this thing called 'meditation'/doing something Clone Wars related/hanging out with Padme/whatevs) when suddenly a pair of infant twins randomly manifest into reality. The babies aren't very impressed with this turn of events so they cry. A lot. Very loudly.

Some council member decides that Anakin needs punishment for whatever backtalk he did last week/to learn the Consequences(TM) of attachment/a lesson since this must a be trial brought upon by the force/etc and has him take care of them for a few days while their surprise entrance to the galaxy is investigated.

Bonus points if:

-Anakin is in the middle of a battle and thus he spends some time freaking out and trying to make sure nothing happens to them before reinforcements arrive.
-Its a Luke and Leia time travel!fix it plot but they've been brought back as babies and they don't know how this is supposed to save the galaxy wtf
-Anakin has no idea why the female twin seems to radiate hatred at him. What did he do to deserve that?
-The babies have different reactions to people Anakin comes across and being near Palpatine results everybody going deaf until the Bad Man goes away
-Anakin ends up looking like he hasn't slept in weeks after a few days of babysitting and most definitely not hallucinating a ghost version of Qui-Gon who isn't very helpful at all
