It's so weird to me, watching Reylo shippers get dragged because it might be an incest pairing. Like, hello, I cut my teeth on Wincest, Thorki, Weasleycest, and before them all there was Luke/Leia. XD

No kidding. The difference in what's taboo and what isn't when you fandom jump can be really striking.

What I really don't get is that - in volume of fanart and fanworks - Reylo, Kylux, Stormpilot seem to be the three juggernaut pairings of TFA fandom. Reylo is not a minority interest. It's just ... aggressively being singled out by trolls for some reason? That makes no sense to me at all.
