i don't know about han/luke, but i've been digging around recently for qui/obi and there were a couple archives hosted by squidge.org, most notably masterapprentice.org

so an assortment of archives and personal websites, which stayed connected using mailing lists, webrings, etc

i know there used to be a site that archived digital versions of zines, but it's been offline for years :(
