Announcement: I have long neglected my modly duties, because I have been both way busier than I thought I would be (the shock of young adulthood amirite?), and y'know just me being a mess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . If anyone is inclined to help me mod, or at least categorize prompts on pinboard, please message swkm-mod @ tumblr. If you don't have a tumblr, still message me but on anon, and we will find another way to communicate.

Also, I have received a request for a prompt freeze. I'm thinking that might be a good idea, but I would like to get your opinion. Let me know what you think here.

It was the first time he's ever been drunk so unlike Anakin he doesn't know how horrible the hangover is going to be. Alecew spends most of the day trying to get over it. At some point he's desperate enough to try mediation which works surprisingly well as long as he keeps mediating. No one speaks when they eat and Alecew assumes it's due to their own hangovers. He doesn't recall much of the previous night just that it had been fun.

Lulu has him jumping when her lips make contact with the back of his neck. A flicker of memory passes through his minds' eye but he knows he can't make sense of it. Just familiar sensations and fleeting emotional responses. Anakin watches him, Alecew knows this even if he can never catch him in the act. Only when they bump into each other do their gazes meet. It reminds him of a dream he had several nights ago with Anakin (and Obi-Wan?) meeting a gorgeous woman. He can almost hear those same words directed towards the woman being spoken when Anakin looks at him.

"--grown more beautiful."

The connection makes no sense and Alecew frowns in confusion. Dreams frustrated him more and more of late. He never knew if they were visions, memories or simply his own mind at work. Minutes pass with Anakin staring at him with an intensity that unnerves him.

"Stop looking at me like that."

The words have Anakin snapping back to himself as if he'd been slapped. "Sorry. Just lost in thought."

Lulu says nothing when he sits next to her just tangles their fingers together. There's a tension in the room Alecew can't fully understand. There's no negative emotions tied to the dark side yet he can sense feelings of temptation. The more he focuses on it the harder it becomes to breath. Touches as innocent as the ones he exchanges with Lulu become more seductive. When Anakin takes his cup their fingers brush and a flash of desire fills him. In all honesty he doesn't know what it means. If he's simply a hormonal teenager, the force is telling him something or he's sensing it from someone else.

It slowly dawns on him that he remembers kissing...and there being a height difference.

Alecew shook his head trying to clear it because that obviously didn't happen. Anakin and him were friends nothing more. Even if they had they had been drunk, that didn't mean anything. ...But what if it meant something to Anakin? A shiver ran down his spine at the mere thought. They rarely spoke of Padme but Nat had told him how possessive Anakin had been. Not too long ago Alecew had feared being an obsession that would always have Vader following him. Perhaps it wasn't love but it scared him to think that his friend could view him in a romantic light.

What about Lulu? Alecew knew he had kissed her, he had feelings for her and if Anakin did care for him that would put her at risk. Excusing himself Alecew went to his room and sat on the floor. Resting his head on his knees he tried to calm the rising panic he felt. The more he thought about the hazy memory the more details popped out. He was sure it was Anakin he had been kissing or rather let kiss him.

"Alecew..."

Anakin's presence increased his stress level, the gentle caress through the force however acted as a balm.

"Did we...?"

Licking his lips nervously Anakin nodded before verbally confirming, "yes. We kissed."

"What does that mean? Were we...?"

"No, this is new for us." Sitting down next to his friend Anakin finally dared to make eye contact again. "Nothing will happen if you don't want it to. You don't have to be scared."

"I can't help it. Last time you had so much more and it wasn't enough. I like Lulu, I don't want her to get hurt. I don't want to be a new obsession." It might have been a lingering feeling from Obi-Wan but Alecew felt like the whole thing was somehow his fault.

"You won't be. I don't want to hurt her, she suggested..." The Jedi gestured between them and where she was in the cockpit.

Alecew blushed at the thought of being desirable enough for two people to want to share him. What did he even know of relationships? "I don't know if I feel..."

"That's alright. I don't expect you to feel the same." His fingers glanced on the teen's. "I've learned my lessons and I'm grateful for what I do have. You, Lulu, this ship...even the Jedi order to an extent are more than I deserve."

"I don't want to lose you." The link between them hummed pleasantly as peace was restored.

"You won't." Their fingers laced together. "Not all attachments are bad."

"I feel like I'm a bad Jedi and friend. I'm always afraid and can't trust you enough."

Anakin couldn't help himself as he tugged a stray strand of hair behind Alecew's ear. "You've always been an excellent Jedi and friend."

"Didn't I cut off your legs?"

"I was trying to kill you and had betrayed the Jedi order." The taller Jedi corrected. "We're both still adjusting to these changes, Alecew. There's no shame in that."

"Are you afraid of this?"

There was a pause as Anakin considered his answer. "Yes. These feelings I have could alter everything between us and that could be disastrous."

"...Yet you still want to try." Alecew could feel the desire radiating off the other Jedi.

"Yes, I do."

Alecew really is adorable!
