Announcement: I have long neglected my modly duties, because I have been both way busier than I thought I would be (the shock of young adulthood amirite?), and y'know just me being a mess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . If anyone is inclined to help me mod, or at least categorize prompts on pinboard, please message swkm-mod @ tumblr. If you don't have a tumblr, still message me but on anon, and we will find another way to communicate.

Also, I have received a request for a prompt freeze. I'm thinking that might be a good idea, but I would like to get your opinion. Let me know what you think here.

Padme had been worried when Anakin hadn't slept during their honeymoon. At first she had assumed lust kept him from sleeping then stress from their hasty union. If anyone had told her that her new husband only fell asleep when he was next to Obi-Wan she would have thought they were crazy. Yet Anakin could not have a proper rest without his master by his side. Sometimes he managed a couple of hours, pills helped but he woke up in a foul mood.

Padme started to suspect the two of them were having an affair. Anakin would often seek his master and out of no where he would start cuddling with him. How Obi-Wan reacted varied. Half of the time he wore an exasperated expression and the other half a small smile lit his face. Sometimes he'd give his Padawan affectionate touches like raffling his hair. The Jedi did see Anakins' constant need for physical reassurance as a problem. More than once he tried to get his student to realize it wasn't proper to carry on in front of others.

Anakin didn't care not see anything wrong with it.

Obi-Wan had admitted to trying to break him of the irksome habit with little to show for it. At first Anakin had been a child that simply wanted comfort. It didn't help that being so strong in the force was often a burden when mixed with his personal demons. Having Obi-Wan by his side quieted them, the visions and nightmares were absent when his master was near.

Well Padme had two options: either break Anakin of this habit or plan an addition to her apartment for Obi-Wan. Something told her the latter was more likely.
